Ferrel Bonner is an Honorably Discharged U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran Retiree as a Military Intelligence Analyst in support of the National Security Agency’s (NSA) mission.
Ferrel has over thirty years of various combined practical experiences as a Retired U.S. Army Military Veteran, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Division of Emergency Management (TXDEM), and United States Department of Justice (USDOJ).
He has a wide range of experience in the following fields: Community Relations; Government Affairs; Veterans Affairs; gathering, compiling and reporting information; Personnel Management; Information Assurance (IA); Property Management; and executing quality control programs; Information Technology Security programs and policy: Cyber Security, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Continuous Monitoring (CM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), Access Control Management, Certification and Accreditation (C&A), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Risk Assessment (RA), Security Control Assessment (SCA) and Information Security (INFOSEC); Physical Security (PHYSEC); Facility Security Assessments (FSA); Security-Education-Training-Awareness (SETA), Emergency Management (EM); Disaster Response (DR); Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); Security Management (SM); Chemical, Nuclear, Biological Radiation (CBNR-E); and familiar with National Security Agency’s (NSA) SIGINT Intelligence Support.
